During your use of the Osaki Home APP, Osaki will collect the information you voluntarily provide and the information generated from your use of our services to provide services to you, to optimize our services, and to protect the security of your account.

1. The information that we collect

• （1）When a user registers for a Osaki account, your mobile phone number will be collected according to the personal registration information provided upon request. Mobile phone numbers are sensitive information, and such information is collected to meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations on Internet real-name system. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use our services normally.

• （2）When you use Osaki Services, in order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience and protect the security of your account, We will collect your device model, operating system, Mac address, unique device identifier (such as IMEI, AndroidID), the application list, the login IP address, Osaki software version number, access to the network’s way, type and status, network quality data, operation log, service Log Information (as you are reading under the function of browsing through History and service fault information) in background state and silent state, which is the basic information that must be collected to provide services.

• （3）In order to provide you this service, we will access your camera and photo album after obtaining your express consent when you edit your profile picture, feedback questions or complain and upload pictures. The preceding information is sensitive. Refusing to provide this information does not affect the normal use of other functions of Osaki.

• （4）We will record your geographical location information after obtaining your consent when you configure the equipment network. If you don’t agree, the distribution network of the device will be affected, resulting to not normal operation.

2. How to use information

• （1）Osaki will not sell or lend user's personal information to any person, unless get the user's permission in advance;

• （2）Osaki shall not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate users' personal information by any means. Osaki reserves the right to terminate the Service Agreement with the user and close his/her account immediately upon discovery of any such activity;

• （3）For the purpose of serving users, Osaki may use users' personal information to provide services to users, including but not limited to send the product information and service information to users, or sharing information with Osaki partners so that they can send information about their products and services to users.

3. Information Disclosure: Users' personal information will be disclosed in part or in whole under the following situations:

• （1）Disclosure to a third party with the user’s agreement;

• （2）Disclose to a third party or administrative or judicial institution according to relevant provisions of laws or requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;

• （3）Disclose to a third party if the user violates the relevant laws of China or the website's policies;

• （4）In order to provide products and services required by users, users' personal information must be shared with the third parties;

• （5）Other disclosures deemed appropriate by Osaki according to laws or website policies;

• （6）Osaki shall strictly comply with relevant confidentiality provisions regarding the bank account information provided by users when using Osaki.

In order to provide one-click sharing service to you, our products integrate Umeng +SDK and will collect your device identification information in background state and silent state (such as IMEI/ Android ID/IDFA) and social accounts you need to share, so as to complete one-click sharing service. For your information security, we have signed data security confidentiality agreements with the third-party SDK service providers, and these companies will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. We will not share your personally identifiable information with others unless we have get your consent. In order to provide you with message push service, our products integrate aurora push SDK，will collect your device identity information in background state and silent state (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, MAC, OAID, UAID), application information (application crash information, notification switch status, software list), device parameters and system information (device type, device model, operating system, and hardware information), and network information (IP address, WIFI information, and base station information). We will not share your personally identifiable information with others unless we have your consent. 3. Osaki solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this Agreement exempting Osaki from liability and limiting users' rights. Users are advised to read the clauses carefully and consider the risks themselves. Minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian to read this Agreement.

4. The validity, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute or dispute between User and Osaki shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation between the two parties fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), and the arbitration award of the laws of the People's Republic of China shall be applied in Hong Kong.

5. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

6. The final interpretation of this Agreement shall be reserved by Xiamen Comfort Science & Technology Group Co.,Ltd. , and all interpretation and modification rights are reserved.
